Timber Products Manufacturers

Timber Products Manufacturers Association (TPM) helps businesses in the wood products industry provide their workforces with excellent labor conditions. Their core offerings include HR consulting, employment law, and safety training. However, their website did not effectively highlight the value they provide. Instead, it presented a dated and confusing interface.

Clarity of information was paramount in our redesign process. We designed a simplified sitemap, allowing users to effortlessly navigate the website and quickly understand the benefits of TPM membership. Potential members can now instantly discern the unique value of joining, right from the homepage.

Our makeover featured several key upgrades: a members-only login section, new imagery emphasizing human connections, and training for the TPM team to ensure they can easily update their website as their offerings evolve. To complement their beautiful new website, we furnished TPM with a custom marketing playbook, ensuring they’re always equipped with the right words for any future promotional opportunities.
