The Center for Personal Protection and Safety (CPPS) had invested heavily in marketing but wasn’t seeing the return they needed. Their messaging was complex, leaving buyers unsure of how they differed from competitors.

To make things more challenging, they were trying to reach two very different audiences, corporate security leaders and HR professionals, without clear strategies for engaging either one effectively.

We partnered with CPPS to create clarity and direction. Through Voice of the Customer interviews, we uncovered what their clients valued most and built a StoryBrand-based Messaging Playbook to unify their narrative.

We also created custom GPTs for each of their target audiences, allowing us to rewrite key pieces of marketing material with sharper, more relevant messaging.

This insight gave CPPS a strong foundation to build audience-specific materials, including customized tradeshow collateral that spoke directly to each unique group, rather than relying on generic messaging.

The result was a stronger brand presence, a high-performing website designed to attract quality leads, and a clear roadmap for ongoing marketing success.
