In the medical world, many practices and labs suffer from disorganized, scattered, and disconnected case management. Easy RX offers an all-in-one workflow solution software for medical practices and labs. Yet while their software was working great for their customers, their website’s UX (user experience) was clunky and outdated. Adding to the problem, they were merging with another company and needed to combine messages.

We provided a fresh look and a clean user experience. Merged messages of both brands into a single easy-to-understand message. We implemented a strategy to reroute the traffic from the merging company into the new site.  Provided an environment for ongoing blog messaging strategy and worked with a colleague to ensure a clean integration of their Hubspot contact forms.

Now the website that helps disorganized, scattered, disconnected practices and labs is organized, focused, and connects with its customers.
