EP 51 Listen to understand rather than listen to reply

Stephen R. Covey said:
“Most people do not listen with the intent to understand; they listen with the intent to reply.”

Well, if that is not one of the most appropriate quotes for our current life and times!

We could be in such a better place as a society (especially now!) if we took this little advice nugget and all started applying it.

Don’t worry this episode is not a political rant, but rather how we can apply this advice to how we do business.
