Charitable Medical Care

Joff Williams is the Managing Director for Mercy Ships, a non-profit organization that operates hospital ships to provide free medical care to some of the world’s poorest populations. Joff’s responsibilities touch every department, from operations and supply chains to HR and finance. This can make it difficult to clearly explain such a complex role to the partners and volunteers he works with.
